While many tools are fully included in your subscription, tools like Peer-to-Peer Texting, Broadcast Text, and Email use a shared pool of "Outreach Credits." Once you use your included monthly credits, you can simply buy more as needed.
What is a text "segment"? expand_more
Message segments are how the telecom industry counts SMS messages. A standard segment is 160 characters. Your messages can be longer, they will just use multiple segments. Note: If your message includes emojis, the standard segment size changes to 67 characters.
What are my billing options and when will I be charged? expand_more
